Ruby’s House provides foster families with free essentials—clothing, supplies, and a personalized duffel for each child—so no child feels unseen or unloved. We are a 501 (c )(3) non-profit Organization.
Our journey began with a simple Facebook post when our foster child arrived with just her clothes in a plastic bag. Community support poured in, and it opened our eyes to the power of collective kindness. Ruby’s House is more than a resource; it’s a support system, a place of hope where children and families find comfort and encouragement. Every child matters and deserves to feel valued.
Ruby’s House was created from one simple belief: every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and cared for. When children enter foster care, they often arrive with very few belongings and are forced to navigate an incredibly difficult season of life. Foster families step in with open hearts, and we want to make sure they have the support they need.
Ruby's House Vision
Our vision is to create a place where foster children and foster families can shop for clothing, shoes, toiletries, school supplies, diapers, and other everyday essentials; completely free of charge. This is more than a building. It’s a place of hope, dignity, and community.
